Important details
A monthly care plan is a required part of every package, not an optional add-on. It covers everything that keeps your website online — hosting, the domain name and its renewal, email forwarding, security, and updates — so you never have to think about them.
Small revisions are unlimited and always free — wording tweaks, photos, colors, and the like. Brand-new pages, features, or functionality are quoted separately and cost extra.
Every website is fully bespoke from the start. For custom features, your own existing domain name, or any special request, please contact us and we will scope it together.
Online stores carry ongoing running costs — payment processing, product and order management, and store upkeep — which is why the Online Store package includes the higher-level Full Care plan automatically.
Google Workspace (about $14 per person/month), Mailsuite, and AI receptionist call minutes (about 15–20¢ per minute) are billed straight to your own card at their regular price — we never mark them up. Our $150/month covers all the setup, management, and support.
